“This is for the 2nd time we have used this company. This move was out of state. We paid for packing and moving. The only real issue with the packing was that many of the boxes were not marked as to which room they came from which would have helped greatly when unpacking. The moving crew ( Darion B, Untih M & Uriel R) showed up on time and completed loading and unloading within the estimated time frame. They remained professional and respectful at all times and used care as to not damage any furniture or walls. Total charges were within the estimated amount and no extra charges were requested If I had to move again in the area I would use this company again. Showed up on time. Completed move with no wasted time. Crew was professional and respectful at all times. We plan to use them again to remove leftover junk and clean old place to prep for sale.”

“Update- Jason the owner reached out to me directly to address and resolve my concerns about my move. They are receptive to feedback and will do what they can to make it right. I’ve used Falcon moving for a few different moves and also used their storage unit offering. I have to say that after my most recent move, this is the last time I’ll hire them. The movers themselves are great. They always arrive on time and are polite and respectful. The problem with this company is with the logistics. My most recent move I had specifically asked for multiple wardrobe boxes and to help me pack my kitchen ware. They didn’t arrive with packing paper even though I had specifically asked for it and didn’t have wardrobe boxes either. They essentially put all my kitchenware and clothes into a large box with furniture pads to protect them. Needless to say, these items all got extremely dirty. Nothing broke luckily, but they certainly make a big deal about getting my inventory correct, yet do not return the same level of concern for the items they need to supply. Their storage experience is also less than desirable. I had a dining table that was stored disassembled, and upon moving it out they could not find its hardware. They also wrapped my couch so tightly that it deformed the couch. You also can’t easily access anything in storage, and if you want something from the storage unit, they charge you. Overall, my experience with this company has been mediocre. I wouldn’t consider any of my moves to be complex, but they just missed the mark often.”

“The team from Falcon Moving were awesome. Our initial call with Juan helped us plan our packing and moving effort through a Zoom session. Within hours, we had our estimate and dates. The team who packed our stuff and placed everything in the pod did an excellent job trying to carefully fit all our stuff in a small container. Shout out to Michael K, Jovani, Oscar and Jovanni who were professional, took gentle care of our things and helped make the day less stressful. We would absolutely recommend Falcon Moving!!!”

“I've seen the ads for this company popping up on my newsfeed on social media when i started researching for a moving company. So i decided to give them a shot! Quote: very competitive but reasonable. Staff: Very professional and have that "get the job done" attitude. QA: their process of packing and unpacking was spot on. Overall my family and i are beyond satisified with the way Falcon Moving handle our move. With so many unintentional changes in our moving date and the need of temporary storage, Jason and his team went above and beyond to make sure our stuff are handled properly with a BIG "happy holidays" gift discount for the storage while we finalized our new move in date. Once that day comes, they showed up early and executed the work within the quoted timeframe. I cannot stress enough on how happy we are. “Jason was fantastic at estimating, answering questions, and general proactive teouble-shooting. The team for the move, R.J. and Alcides, was a dream. I have moved in unerable times, albeit in in the past 13 years, and I've had several bad experiences. With Falcon, and particularly R.J., there was nothing bad, just damn good service, no smoke breaks, etc., nimble fluid aspects of the load and more particularly, with stairs, the unload, and constant willingness to help me accomplish things I wanted to do before ultimate furniture placement and even box distribution (for when unpacking will not be so daunting). I heartily recommend this company and this team, and in the event I have an upcoming move, I will ask for R.J. by name and hope Alcides will be along as second in command. By the way, my move started in Elgin and went to Rockford, and R.J. piloted the truck behind me on the tollway, etc., as I thought to lead them to the building in a manner that a street obstruction would be no deterrent. It was comforting to check the rear view mirror and see their truck within a vehicle or two behind me.”

“Called one day and they were out the next day. Kris and Sean did an amazing job packing up and relocating my office, which included a very heavy laser and compressor. They also moved out many large plants, boxes, bikes, and table. I would highly recommend them.”

“Santos and Jose L did a fantastic job for us! We hired them to load a POD. They went above and beyond making sure our furniture was wrapped and packed well to prevent shifting. They are definitely Tetris masters! They did this all with a smile and making sure to avoid our 4 and 1 year olds! They seriously relieved our stress and were so, so helpful. “Five stars but, will add a couple of comments. Joe & Chris and their Illinois team were excellent; however, they were a little too quick on the packing portion, we didn't even get a chance to grab some clothes to take with for the drive down there before the clothes were boxed and/or wrapped. When they made it to our new home in Tennessee again Joe & Chris were again great along with a local team they hired. Juan was also falls in this category, even came to my home on his day off to pick up the down payment to make sure we secured our moving date. Would I use them again, Yes.”

We had everything packed up and ready to go on the ground level. They arrived early and finished sooner than expected (which was such a plus!). These two were quick and I really appreciated that they were always careful with our items and our home while moving. Falcon Moving has made our move stress-free and I would highly recommend them.”
