“Falcon was scheduled to move me from my home in Illinois to Wisconsin. The office staff and movers were VERY professional and returned my call promptly. They arrived on the scheduled day at the promised time, covered the floors when moving, and were very helpful in helping me prepare some last minute items. I also contracted them to dispose of items I no longer wanted. On the other end (Wisconsin), they were efficient and unloaded the items carefully. All items arrived intact and within the scheduled time. Best news, the final bill was less than the estimate! I recommend going with a local company (Falcon) versus a national chain. My items were the only ones on the truck! I would definitely recommend them for anyone in Illinois!”

“Christian, Kristian and Andres couldn't have been any more helpful on my moving day. They were so fast and efficient, it was fascinating to watch them work, truly professionals. I was only moving 15 minutes away but they still treated my belongings as if I was moving cross country, wrapping everything in clean pads and then shrink wrapping and taping. They showed up on time, introduced themselves, explained what the plan was, asked if I had any questions or concerns and then got to work. I think it was Jordan who did the estimate with me and the time quoted came out just right so there were no surprises there either. “I hired Falcon based on how thoroughly the explanation on the phone of how the process would work. It covered all the bases and including many things I had not thought of. Communication prior to the move was excellent. My three movers Jovani, Oscar and Christian were on time, efficient, and very careful with my possessions. They did an extra difficult move of a heavy and WIDE massage chair. We had quite a downpour during the unloading, but they were still pleasant and efficient. And then they finished an hour earlier than the estimate! They were great to work with. Have already recommended Falcon to a friend.”

“This is for the 2nd time we have used this company. This move was out of state. We paid for packing and moving. The only real issue with the packing was that many of the boxes were not marked as to which room they came from which would have helped greatly when unpacking. The moving crew ( Darion B, Untih M & Uriel R) showed up on time and completed loading and unloading within the estimated time frame. They remained professional and respectful at all times and used care as to not damage any furniture or walls. Total charges were within the estimated amount and no extra charges were requested If I had to move again in the area I would use this company again. Showed up on time. Completed move with no wasted time. Crew was professional and respectful at all times. We plan to use them again to remove leftover junk and clean old place to prep for sale.”
