“I have moved many times in my life. My experience with Falcon Moving was exceptional. From my first contact with David to accomodations made by Jason due to changes in our closing date to the first half of our move from our home to their storage facility, CJ, RJ, Patrick, and Martin, were on time, professional and friendly, efficient and caring. They took great care wrapping our furnishings and moving our stuff. I can't wait to have them back for the move into our new home.”

“Update- Jason the owner reached out to me directly to address and resolve my concerns about my move. They are receptive to feedback and will do what they can to make it right. I’ve used Falcon moving for a few different moves and also used their storage unit offering. I have to say that after my most recent move, this is the last time I’ll hire them. The movers themselves are great. They always arrive on time and are polite and respectful. The problem with this company is with the logistics. My most recent move I had specifically asked for multiple wardrobe boxes and to help me pack my kitchen ware. They didn’t arrive with packing paper even though I had specifically asked for it and didn’t have wardrobe boxes either. They essentially put all my kitchenware and clothes into a large box with furniture pads to protect them. Needless to say, these items all got extremely dirty. Nothing broke luckily, but they certainly make a big deal about getting my inventory correct, yet do not return the same level of concern for the items they need to supply. Their storage experience is also less than desirable. I had a dining table that was stored disassembled, and upon moving it out they could not find its hardware. They also wrapped my couch so tightly that it deformed the couch. You also can’t easily access anything in storage, and if you want something from the storage unit, they charge you. Overall, my experience with this company has been mediocre. I wouldn’t consider any of my moves to be complex, but they just missed the mark often.”

“I had a great experience with Joe and his crew. They were friendly, professional, fast (which is important when they get paid for their time), and intelligent. When I say intelligent, it means they helped determine what could fit in our storage facility and what would need to be thrown away (or taken home) from our business offices that we were moving away from. Great experience and they will be the first number I call if I need a mover when I sell my home.”

“Christian and Daniel were our movers. They were a joy to work with, and also had a sense of humor. They were careful when loading and unloading our belongings. When moving our items to a storage unit, they placed everything exactly where we wanted them to go. They were very efficient, courteous and finished sooner than expected. I was moving to a new location and with having heavy furniture on my 2nd floor apt I was not going to do it myself. The president of Falcon Moving, LLC. Jason was 1st to contact me and he was very understanding to what I needed in my request for moving. Brandon came out to my residence to provide an estimate and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to tell him what I was looking for and what I needed moved since this was my 1st professional moving experience. I really liked the clear communication that led right up to moving day. When Falcon Movers arrived Mikey R, Luie, and Brandon greeted me at my home I was surprised how easy and flawless they made everything. The biggest and most important that I needed was they disassembled and reassembled my bed and to stop at my storage unit before arriving at my new location. “We moved into our house last Friday and used Falcon Moving. The first day we had Tim, Marcos, Chris, and Andrew. They worked extremely hard and got everything done much quicker than I ever expected. They were very respectful and friendly. Our belongings needed to be stored overnight and then delivered the following day. The next day we had Santos, Tim, Marcos, and Andrew. Once again they work diligently and they placed everything exactly where it needed to go. The movers had to use 2 trucks to move all my belongings. When I unpacked everything, the only things that was broken were one dish and one glass! I was amazed! I have a great deal of glasses, dishes, vases, and artwork. I can’t begin to say how pleased I was with this move. I would highly recommend Falcon Moving!”

They repeatedly asked if their placement of my belongings was satisfactory. This move required two stops with some belongings dropped off and other boxes picked up at a storage and transferred to new residence. All was handled perfectly. I will definitely hire them for the move back into my renovated home.”

“Great experience working with Falcon and their personnel. The estimator listened and understood our needs quickly. His estimate was right on. We had a complex split move with two different destinations, furniture donations and junk removal. They handled it all with no missteps. The moving crew was excellent, they understood the goal and asked for clarification when there was uncertainty. Three man crew to pack and four to move. Other companies wanted to through more people at it to do it in one day, that never would have worked without confusion and stress. Falcons team were, respectful, cordial, experienced and anticipated concerns. I plan to use them again to move things out of storage.”

“We were beyond happy with our move using Falcon Moving and the crew they sent. They were prompt, professional, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Raul's quote was spot on, and he came back to double check that we included everything so there were no surprises on the day of the move. We requested that the same team that moved us out, came back to move us in as we had to do an overnight storage. Our team was Christian (lead), Kyle, Patrick, Kristian, Sebastian, Martin, and Sean. I also appreciated the emails they sent to help us get our items ready to move. They were very informative and helped know what was in-store for us. I used those pointers along with what Raul told me to do and the move went very smoothly. We liked them so much we are going to have them move Dad in May!”

“My first time using a professional company to move out of state. Four guys and a truck! They were amazing! I could tell Jordan Z was the lead as he sized up the contents left in my house after they had emptied my storage space with their truck and loaded that into the long-distance moving truck. Jordan was very kind and truthful in telling me what he could foresee. He was exactly right. I really appreciate how well he led the three guys on his crew, John, Uriel, and Domingo. They were hard workers, but Jordan kept them moving very quickly, by motivating with no criticism, but encouragement. They were all very polite and loved what they were doing. Always pleasant to be around people who love their job! I would highly recommend this team!”

“They did an awesome job. I initially spoke with Jason on the phone and he sent out Kameron out to do an on-site evaluation to get a more accurate price. This was much appreciated when their competitors gave me a price over the phone with a +/- $1200. The day of the pack out went pretty smoothly and they stored two trucks worth of my belongings overnight while I closed on the new house. I called them from the attorneys office and let them know we were ready to unload the next days and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The team leader Mike R did an excellent job of coordinating the other movers and keeping his crew on track and always moving or assembling something. The rest of the crew (Alex D, Logan R, Waldo, Louie A and TJ) all did an awesome job. They were professional, personable and really worked hard to get me settled in my new house. This was a large move of 4+ bedrooms and they took the stress out of it all. They were professional, polite, well priced and had excellent communication throughout the entire process!! Kudos to Falcon on a great experience and being there for your customer!”

“This is my 2nd move with Falcon. I used this company about six years ago & purposely searched for them again. Falcon treats your belongings like their own. I had no damage in either move. This time I worked with Christian, Javonni & Jorge. They were friendly, yet professional, & knowledgeable. “Don't even think about using any other mover! I have used Falcon Moving twice, had two different crews and they all were very professional, courteous and efficient. Prices were cheaper than other companies since they were very efficient. We had to move into a rental for short term and used another local company not knowing about Falcon, that move was a joke and very expensive. Moved my parents belongings within the same year into a storage unit and then again into their home and Falcon was amazing. Strangely enough, nothing was broken! A+ Thanks Falcon!”

“Santos and Edwin were friendly, fast and efficient. They moved cabinets and appliances for me from storage to my home and were very understanding when I had them take things in through the back instead of the front. I'd called 5 other places before calling Falcon. They got back to me right away, scheduled despite the holiday and were in constant touch before the move. I think if this had been a normal home move, they'd have taken care of all of my needs. I'll use them again for my next move for sure.”
