“This is for the 2nd time we have used this company. This move was out of state. We paid for packing and moving. The only real issue with the packing was that many of the boxes were not marked as to which room they came from which would have helped greatly when unpacking. The moving crew ( Darion B, Untih M & Uriel R) showed up on time and completed loading and unloading within the estimated time frame. They remained professional and respectful at all times and used care as to not damage any furniture or walls. Total charges were within the estimated amount and no extra charges were requested If I had to move again in the area I would use this company again. Showed up on time. Completed move with no wasted time. Crew was professional and respectful at all times. We plan to use them again to remove leftover junk and clean old place to prep for sale.”

“I hired Falcon based on how thoroughly the explanation on the phone of how the process would work. It covered all the bases and including many things I had not thought of. Communication prior to the move was excellent. My three movers Jovani, Oscar and Christian were on time, efficient, and very careful with my possessions. They did an extra difficult move of a heavy and WIDE massage chair. We had quite a downpour during the unloading, but they were still pleasant and efficient. And then they finished an hour earlier than the estimate! They were great to work with. Have already recommended Falcon to a friend.”

“Our crew was Luis, Alcides, and Daniel, they were so respectful to us and careful with our furniture and things! Everything was wrapped beautifully, no damage to anything. We moved from northern Illinois to southern Wisconsin, and we got it all done in one day. Everyone was tired, but still friendly and thorough. What a blessing to have them do our heavy lifting! “We used Falcon Moving recently and were quite pleased. Their communication prior to the move was outstanding, and guided us through the process quite easily. It was easy to estimate what we had to move with their website tool, and it was very easy to update it as we realized we had more or less than anticipated. The day of the move went very easily. John, Christian, Mike and Roger were unbelievable! They were thorough, careful and very efficient with their time and energy. They loaded everything in record time (we had 2 trucks). Then the unloading went quite smoothly. We had everything marked with the room name & number, so that helped. But they took everything apart carefully, didn’t lose any pieces/screws etc. and put everything back together again swiftly. By the time they left, our new house was stuffed – but things were in the right room and we could function. I have to say, we only had 1 thing broken, and that was our fault for not packing it well enough in the box. Pretty good, considering we had SO much stuff that was moved! I’d definitely recommend this company – and this crew.”

“Christian and Daniel were our movers. They were a joy to work with, and also had a sense of humor. They were careful when loading and unloading our belongings. When moving our items to a storage unit, they placed everything exactly where we wanted them to go. They were very efficient, courteous and finished sooner than expected. “DOWNSIDE: MOVERS WERE 2 HOURS & 25 MINUTES LATE DUE TO DELAYS AT THEIR MORNING MOVE, AND I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LIKE THEIR 4 HOUR 2 MAN MINIMUM CHARGE. 3 HOURS SEEMS TO BE MORE REASONABLE SINCE I WAS MOVING ONLY MY STUFF OUT OF ANOTHER PERSONS HOUSE. WE WERE NOT MOVING THE ENTIRE HOUSE. THERE SHOULD BE AN EXCEPTION. UPSIDE: CARLOS AND CHRISTIAN WERE A COUPE OF DYNAMOS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. THEY STARTED WORKING AND DID NOT STOP TILL EVERYTHING WAS MOVED. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AT HOW FAST THEY GOT ME MOVED. DOOR TO DOOR IN 2 HRS: 45MINUTES INCLUDING UNLOADING WHICH FALLS BACK TO WHY I THINK THEY SHOULD LOWER THE MINIMUM TO THREE HOURS. THESE GENTLEMEN REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DESERVE TO GET PAID THAT EXTRA HOUR THAT I WAS CHARGED. THANK YOU CARLOS AND THANK YOU CHRISTIAN. YOU BOYS DID A GREAT JOB.”

“Arrived on time. Never once complained about heavy/awkward items. Carefully wrapped all pieces with glass before loading. They were very cognizant about placing boxes in the correct room when unloading.”

“Overall the move went very well. The loading crew of Alcides, Bryan, Hunter, and Richard did an amazing job. The loading took less time than expected and everything fit in the truck with room to spare. This allowed Richard, the driver, to arrive at the new house in a different state the evening before the scheduled time. And he did a great job helping with the unloading. Partly due to my lack of experience with such moves, and differences between local and out of state moves, there was some confusion about various things. But Jason was very accessible and all issues were clarified and the move went well. Thanks very much to everyone.”

“Used these guys to load/unload a I haul when I was moving across town. Not a long move but they made light work of loading and unloading. Moved from a first floor apartment to a multi story house with tight staircases. They knocked it out quicker than expected. Already recommended them to some family looking to move out of town.”
