“Falcon Moving is the best moving company we've ever used. Period. If you're interested in the reasons why read on. 3 days before moving our large 5 bedroom home into a downsize home, the moving company I contracted with 2 months prior and confirmed 7 days prior canceled on us. Needless to say that was a bad phone call and morning. I called 9 other moving companies without any luck. The last company on the list my Realtor provided was Falcon Moving. When Gabriel there told me he could do the move, including the 4 days needed to keep the load on the truck I was pleasantly shocked. And overwhelmingly relieved. Gabe and I Facetimed around my house for 15 minutes or so and ten minutes after we wrapped up the call I received a professional, detailed estimate of my move that ultimately proved to be extremely accurate. On moving day the men (Courtney, Jonathon, Santos, Diego and Mario) arrived promptly, clean, upbeat and ready to work. They were polite, respectful and in very good humor. They were dressed in company t-shirts which sent a message of professionalism that helped put us at ease from the start. They even asked permission to use the restroom which was unnecessary but a nice show of respect. They interacted with my wife like friends and made her laugh on occasion which in turn made me happy and eased my stress during two difficult days. Frankly, they were a pleasure to have in our home, both the old one and the new one. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Before they moved a single box they laid protection on our wood floors, carpeting and doorway. Every item they touched was handled like it was their own and valuable to them. All of our furniture was carefully wrapped with blankets and tape. After 16 combined hours of move in and out there's not a single broken dish, scuffed wall, scratched floor, carpet spot or scrap of litter. Other than having all of our belongings where they belong (HUGE) we can't tell that they were here. The bottom line is that this entire business enterprise top down is a breath of fresh air during a difficult time. There are probably companies that will charge you less but you won't find one to do a better job. So if you value your property, time and mental health go with Falcon and thank me later.”

“Falcon was scheduled to move me from my home in Illinois to Wisconsin. The office staff and movers were VERY professional and returned my call promptly. They arrived on the scheduled day at the promised time, covered the floors when moving, and were very helpful in helping me prepare some last minute items. I also contracted them to dispose of items I no longer wanted. On the other end (Wisconsin), they were efficient and unloaded the items carefully. All items arrived intact and within the scheduled time. Best news, the final bill was less than the estimate! I recommend going with a local company (Falcon) versus a national chain. My items were the only ones on the truck! I would definitely recommend them for anyone in Illinois!”

The two movers (Carlos and Oliver) were extremely polite and were both careful and efficient at moving our belongings to our new second floor apartment with not a single item damaged and everything exactly where we requested it. “They did an awesome job. I initially spoke with Jason on the phone and he sent out Kameron out to do an on-site evaluation to get a more accurate price. This was much appreciated when their competitors gave me a price over the phone with a +/- $1200. The day of the pack out went pretty smoothly and they stored two trucks worth of my belongings overnight while I closed on the new house. I called them from the attorneys office and let them know we were ready to unload the next days and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The team leader Mike R did an excellent job of coordinating the other movers and keeping his crew on track and always moving or assembling something. The rest of the crew (Alex D, Logan R, Waldo, Louie A and TJ) all did an awesome job. They were professional, personable and really worked hard to get me settled in my new house. This was a large move of 4+ bedrooms and they took the stress out of it all. They were professional, polite, well priced and had excellent communication throughout the entire process!!
