“Great experience working with Falcon and their personnel. The estimator listened and understood our needs quickly. His estimate was right on. We had a complex split move with two different destinations, furniture donations and junk removal. They handled it all with no missteps. The moving crew was excellent, they understood the goal and asked for clarification when there was uncertainty. Three man crew to pack and four to move. Other companies wanted to through more people at it to do it in one day, that never would have worked without confusion and stress. Falcons team were, respectful, cordial, experienced and anticipated concerns. I plan to use them again to move things out of storage.”

“This is for the 2nd time we have used this company. This move was out of state. We paid for packing and moving. The only real issue with the packing was that many of the boxes were not marked as to which room they came from which would have helped greatly when unpacking. The moving crew ( Darion B, Untih M & Uriel R) showed up on time and completed loading and unloading within the estimated time frame. They remained professional and respectful at all times and used care as to not damage any furniture or walls. Total charges were within the estimated amount and no extra charges were requested If I had to move again in the area I would use this company again. Showed up on time. Completed move with no wasted time. Crew was professional and respectful at all times. We plan to use them again to remove leftover junk and clean old place to prep for sale.”

“I called them on Tuesday and they fit me in Friday morning, taking a $100 deposit. They were communicative, sending reminder texts and emails. The Operations Manager was helpful and kind. The movers arrived at 10:01 for my 10:00 appointment. They listened to our requests, and had everything loaded in 20 minutes. They unloaded in about 30 minutes. They sent photos of the items I was sending for disposal to confirm the $50 disposal fee, and took my credit card for final payment before leaving. I received the final invoice and payment receipt by email. I would definitely hire them again.”

“This was my first time using a moving company and our moving crew (Carlos and Justin) did a wonderful job! They were professional, polite, and very efficient. We had everything packed up and ready to go on the ground level. They arrived early and finished sooner than expected (which was such a plus!). “Falcon was scheduled to move me from my home in Illinois to Wisconsin. The office staff and movers were VERY professional and returned my call promptly. They arrived on the scheduled day at the promised time, covered the floors when moving, and were very helpful in helping me prepare some last minute items. I also contracted them to dispose of items I no longer wanted. On the other end (Wisconsin), they were efficient and unloaded the items carefully. “I hired Falcon based on how thoroughly the explanation on the phone of how the process would work. It covered all the bases and including many things I had not thought of. Communication prior to the move was excellent. My three movers Jovani, Oscar and Christian were on time, efficient, and very careful with my possessions. They did an extra difficult move of a heavy and WIDE massage chair. We had quite a downpour during the unloading, but they were still pleasant and efficient.
